Having worked in various settings, ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to outpatient programs, I’ve learned that healing comes through connection. And so, my primary goal as a therapist is to create connection with my clients, and then, use that connection to walk with them as they encounter life’s challenges.
I provide successful long-term therapy to clients from all demographics who are struggling with a broad range of issues, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, family/ relationship issues.
Spending time with my wife, young son, and dog in nature are primary to me. Just as I have the honor to watch my son grow and develop every day, I am humbled to have that same opportunity with my clients.
Every person has the capacity to become a healthier, fuller version of themselves – if they have the willingness and desire to do so, and especially once they learn to let go of shame.
