My goal as a therapist is to come alongside you and work together towards hope, healing, and full life. Life can be messy and complicated, but I find that it’s easier when you have someone in your corner. My approach to therapy is Person-Centered, focusing on your experience while integrating Cognitive Behavioral techniques to provide concrete tools you can use in your daily life. I work mainly with individuals 13 and up on challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual issues, identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. My areas of specialty include adolescents and women in the pregnancy and postpartum period, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy going on hikes with my dog Major, finding new restaurants to try, and bingeing a good show on Netflix.
