While forging a powerful alliance with my clients, I employ evidenced based practices such has Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help them overcome their challenges and meet their goals. I help my clients modify their problematic thinking patterns and behaviors to positively impact their mental, emotional and interpersonal wellbeing.
I help adolescents and adults navigate a wide spectrum of challenges through individual, group, and family therapy to achieve sustainable growth. I work with those struggling with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship dissatisfaction, strained relationships within families, mood and emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation and substance abuse.
Outside of the office I spend a lot of time on the golf course or with my loved ones – hopefully where the map turns blue.
