Hi there! If you’re reading this that means you have taken one of the hardest steps in your mental health journey – reaching out for help. I believe that healing thrives in meaning and connection, and my goal as a therapist is to develop a strong connection and trust with my clients to create a space where we can work together to identify the root of suffering and illuminate the meaning within.   

I work with individuals who are looking for solutions to problems rooted in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, family and relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use disorder. Each person is unique, and together we will find what your needs, wants, and goals are and discover what mental and emotional wellness looks like for you. 

My approach to therapy is person-centered, and rooted in the belief that self-awareness and acceptance, paired with action that aligns with your beliefs and values, leads to a meaningful and purpose driven life.
