I believe the healing process begins with a trusting relationship between therapist and client. I provide a warm, open, and judgment-free environment where my clients are able to process emotional distress to a trusted individual. My purpose is to create a safe space for my clients to journey into self-discovery to find your authentic self.

I have experience working with individuals seeking acute care and stabilization in partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs in the hospital setting, as well as. in private practice for both young adults and adults. 

In my approach to therapy, I am able to utilize several different unique approaches that best fits my client’s individualized needs. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, addiction, trauma, and grief.
