I believe in the power of the therapeutic process and the impact that therapy can have on people’s lives. I am passionate about empowering my clients to embrace their unique strengths and gifts, step into their authentic being, and gain self-acceptance. My approach is a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. My philosophy is that our past experiences have shaped what we believe about ourselves, others, and the world. Together, we will explore how these events continue to impact you in the present and change the self-defeating beliefs that hold you back from the life you desire.  

 
I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. Through my educational and life experiences, I uncovered a passion to walk alongside others toward growth, healing, and transformation. Outside of my work, I enjoy sending time with loved ones, being outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling, and trying new restaurants!
