My passion for mental health is rooted in my personal recovery and a belief that everyone’s story is valuable. I am passionate about reducing stigma around recovery, advocacy for mental health resources, and helping create accessible services. I am solution-focused, goal-oriented, and love good coping skills!

In my free time, I love to engage in hobbies and self-care such as coloring, crafting, spending time in nature, going to concerts, and seeing Broadway musicals.
