Jared Sulc, LPC
Clinician
I use an integrative approach that incorporates mind-body techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, and expressive arts therapy. I enjoy working with clients seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, addiction, emotion regulation, sexuality issues and gender identity.
A summa cum laude graduate of the Master of Arts in Professional Counseling program at Amridge University, my research focused on the therapeutic effects of yoga and meditation on depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress responses.
Making good use of my Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from Appalachian State University, I’ve dedicated my time to serving the community by leading a volunteer art program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. In addition, I’m a registered yoga instructor who conducts workshops for people in recovery from addition and mental health conditions.
