My passion for mental health is rooted in my belief that every individual deserves access to quality mental healthcare services, regardless of their background. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of others, one conversation at a time. By fostering empathy, understanding, and acceptance, I believe we can create a world where mental health is given the importance it deserves, and individuals are empowered to embrace their authentic selves without fear or judgment. 

In my spare time, you can find me hiking with my dogs, going to a spin class, trying new restaurants or spending time with family and friends. I am also the proud owner of a jewelry business!
