Lila Fair

Often called a Jill of all trades, I definitely get to live that as The Berman Center’s Director of Operations. In addition to ensuring that the larger vision of The Berman Center is implemented, I oversee finance, manage all the details so the business stays on track, and – most importantly – am the official Chief Snack Purchaser. With a passion for helping others through creative problem-solving, and a BA in Philosophy and an MBA in Organizational Development, I both ask deep, thought-provoking questions (mostly about snacks) and keep everyone in line (mostly as they get snacks).
