As a fully outpatient treatment center, The Berman Center is here to provide you or your family member with state-of-the-art treatment without 24/7 monitoring. Here are our treatment options and what to expect in each program. Note that clients can request additional therapy sessions and other services, which may change your or your loved one’s treatment schedule slightly.
Our partial hospitalization program is the most intensive care level at The Berman Center. PHP clients at The Berman Center attend treatment five days per week from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. During that time, you will engage in groups, once-weekly individual therapy, and other activities outlined in your personalized treatment schedule. Clients in PHP at The Berman Center can expect to stay in treatment for a total of 10 weeks, with increased flexibility and a reduced time commitment at the end of the program.
Our intensive outpatient program is more flexible than PHP, with a lower overall time commitment. IOP clients at The Berman Center attend care three days per week from 10 AM to 1 PM for eight weeks. Due to the lower required time commitment compared to PHP, IOP is ideal for those who need to work or attend school for the duration of their treatment program.
