Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a specialized and evidence-based initiative designed for individuals aged 18 and older who require intensive support in their journey toward recovery. At The Berman Center, we recognize the unique needs of each participant and have crafted our PHP to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to addiction treatment.

Participants in our PHP commit to attending the program five days a week. This frequency allows for a consistent and immersive therapeutic experience, fostering a supportive environment for individuals to address their challenges head-on.

Group therapy is a cornerstone of our PHP, offering participants the opportunity to share experiences, gain insights, and build connections with others facing similar struggles. The daily group sessions provide a structured and supportive community for mutual encouragement.

In addition to group therapy, participants engage in weekly one-on-one sessions with our experienced therapists. These individual sessions offer a private and personalized space for deeper exploration of personal challenges, setting goals, and working towards sustainable recovery.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a crucial stage in your recovery, offering a flexible yet comprehensive approach that recognizes the complexities of addiction. Tailored as a step down from our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), the IOP at The Berman Center is designed to meet your unique needs as an individual in Roswell seeking intensive support while maintaining your daily responsibilities.

As a step down from our PHP, the IOP allows individuals to continue their therapeutic journey while gradually transitioning to a less intensive level of care. This transition provides the necessary flexibility for participants to resume work, attend school, and fulfill family responsibilities.

The IOP maintains the core elements of therapeutic support with both individual and group therapy sessions. These sessions offer a blend of personalized attention and the communal strength derived from shared experiences, creating a balanced and supportive environment for recovery.

Ignite is a specialized and compassionate outpatient program crafted exclusively for adolescents aged 14-18 near Roswell. At The Berman Center, we recognize the unique challenges faced by teens dealing with mental health issues, and our Ignite program is designed to provide tailored support, academic assistance, family involvement, and flexibility to accommodate their school schedules.

We understand the distinct needs of adolescents, and our program is meticulously tailored to address the challenges and concerns specific to this age group. This ensures that teens receive age-appropriate and relevant support throughout their treatment journey.

Academic Support

Recognizing the importance of education in a teen’s life, Ignite integrates academic support into the program. Our academic liaison works closely with participants to ensure that they meet all their school requirements while undergoing treatment. This support helps teens stay engaged in their education during the recovery process.

Our Teen Program includes access to professional tutors who are trained to work with teens struggling with mental health disorders. This additional academic support is provided to help teens maintain their academic performance and bridge any gaps in their learning during the treatment period.

Ignite goes beyond traditional therapy and takes a holistic approach to teen wellness. This includes addressing spiritual, mental, and physical aspects of their lives. Our therapists work closely with teens to create meaningful treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and foster a sense of purpose.
